Dear Jonathan Holmes,
Over the last 2 years or so you have put up with a lot from us. It would be rude of me to create a list of the ways you have been tormented and abused by us since you first showed up on Podtoid, so here it is.
You have been harassed both publicly on Twitter and privately at events all over the United States. You've had your name (many names) besmirched with vile debauched and often lascivious half truths and lies. Your image has been manipulated into many different lewd and depraved positions up to and including being portrayed as a sex doll (anus not included). Fans have given little back in way of appreciation other than to focus on the numerous ways in which you have been humiliated.
We, The Shattered, wish to let you know what you truly mean to us. That it is in fact your body of work that draws us to fictionalise, and in many ways, idolise you and it is not just your body of rippling muscles. To that end we have come together to start a charity campaign on your behalf during the month of May which I wish to now officially declare Holmes Appreciation Month.
During this month donations will be taken via this donation widget and a running total will be kept. The code will be available at the bottom for anyone that wants to put it on their site.
Please give whatever you can or whatever you want but remember your donation is directly proportional to the amount which you appreciate Jonathan Holmes. Thank you.
